We welcome all applicants and look forward to new colleagues joining our community!</p> <p>The Credit Card Assistant processes and services various cardholder transactions, phone calls, and applications. They provide administrative support, including filing, training and marketing, working on special projects, and working in detail with highly confidential and sensitive information. The Credit Card Assistant provides quality service to First Community Bank cardholders.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Answer phone calls and field routine questions. </li><li>Service various types of credit card transactions. </li><li>Accept and process credit card applications. </li><li>Process credit card payments from multiple sources. </li><li>Retrieve, review, distribute, and retain all daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. </li><li>Maintain all documentation and information for applicants and cardholders. </li><li>Establish, develop, maintain, and update credit card filing systems. </li><li>Retrieve information from files as necessary. </li><li>Ensure all negotiable and confidential documentation is secured properly. </li><li>Assist with online banking platform, mobile banking platform, online application portal, and business card manager portal. </li><li>Assist with daily mail, internally and externally. </li><li>Assist with general ledger entries and adjustments. </li><li>Ensure customer complaints and questions are resolved in a timely manner. </li><li>Serve as customer service liaison for the department. </li><li>Process and mail required communications to cardholders. </li><li>Assist with risk reviews and audits as needed. </li><li>Assist with Credit Card Program projects as required. </li><li>Work alongside various departments of the Bank as necessary as well as third party vendors. </li><li>Complete training, as assigned, within the expected timeframes. </li><li>All employees are expected to support First Community Bank's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting commitment to the Company Standards of Conduct and executing to the fullest extent possible the duties detailed within this job description. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>One year of branch banking experience with strong knowledge of branch operations </li><li>Knowledgeable in bank products and services </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li><li>Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities </li><li>High level of interpersonal skills </li><li>Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy </li><li>Analytical ability </li><li>Ability to prioritize work </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to maintain composure under pressure </li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds </li><li>Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time </li><li>The salary range is based on market data associated with the position and where the pay rate falls within the range is commensurate with experience, education, and other qualifications. </li></ul>
