<p>Job Title</p> <p>Senior Manager, Repair Operations - AllParts Medical</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Senior Manager, Repair Operations - AllParts Medical:</p> <p>This position is vital for leading technical operations, expanding capabilities, driving revenue, and maintaining our high-quality brand by aligning service strategies with business objectives, making key resource and process decisions, championing operational excellence, and effectively communicating goals to foster cross-functional integration and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Your role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee daily operations of the Medical Equipment Parts testing and repair facility, managing workflows, resource allocation, inventory, and ensuring equipment and facilities maintenance as well as quality control system implementation.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical guidance to staff, manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing customer needs and complaints promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Align AllParts Medical operations strategies with broader business objectives, champion initiatives for service excellence, and define performance metrics to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate operational goals clearly, coordinate cross-functional efforts for process and technology integration, and delegate tasks effectively to drive continuous improvement and organizational growth.</p> </li></ul> <p>You're the right fit if:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities with skills promoting adaptability, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and data analytic abilities.
