<p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate in Consumer & Business Banking. The individual will be providing high levels of general support to relationship managers on customer business accounts and partners within the business customer portfolios. Learn more about the career areas and line of business at wellsfargojobs.com.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for a complex portfolio of customers </li><li>Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts </li><li>Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio </li><li>Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution </li><li>Present recommendations to resolve and exercise independent judgment </li><li>Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements </li><li>Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals </li><li>Interact with internal customers </li><li>Receive direction from leaders </li><li>Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Independently manage and fulfill a wide range of account servicing requests with accuracy, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across business, functional, and leadership teams. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with business partners, customers, relationship managers, and senior leaders. </li><li>Proven experience navigating complex policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and business-banking-related products, policies, and processes. </li><li>Proficiency or exposure to key Wells Fargo systems and tools, including SVP (Store Vision Platform), CRV (Customer Relationship View), UAM (Unified Access Management), Hogan, SharePoint Online, BLAST, Webex/IC, AFS, and BRIC. </li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>This position offers a hybrid work schedule </li><li>Individual must be available to work between the hours of 8am - 5pm </li></ul> <p>Posting Location:</p> <ul> <li>1525 W W T Harris Blvd CHARLOTTE, NC 28262 </li></ul> <p>Posting End Date:</p> <p>12 Apr 2026</p> <ul> <li>Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants. </li></ul> <p>We Value Equal Opportunity</p> <p>Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
