<p>Sales & Service Manager</p> <p>Location: Silverdale WA</p> <p>Wage: $55k-$65k DOE</p> <p>Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm</p> <p>Company: Northridge 4x4-APG</p> <p>Jeep Enthusiast Wanted…</p> <p>We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager & Service Writer to lead day-to-day operations at our retail location while also serving as a key customer-facing service advisor. This hybrid role combines team leadership, inventory management, and shop scheduling with hands-on support for sales and customer service. Ideal candidates will bring proven leadership experience, a strong sales background, and solid knowledge of off-road vehicles. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer care, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and support team members across retail, warehouse, and customer service roles </li><li>Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone regarding product recommendations and service needs </li><li>Coordinate and schedule vehicle builds and shop work with technicians </li><li>Create and manage work orders, track status updates, and communicate progress to customers </li><li>Monitor product displays and maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards </li><li>Train and mentor staff; manage timecards, schedules, and basic administrative tasks </li><li>Recommend or implement strategies to improve customer service, workflow, and sales </li><li>Stay current on product knowledge, vendor updates, and industry trends </li><li>Resolve customer complaints, process returns, and follow through on service issues </li><li>Maintain safety and compliance standards in accordance with company policy </li><li>Responsible for overseeing daily store staff, scheduling, and employee development </li><li>Participates in hiring, training, and performance evaluations </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>3-5 years of experience in retail or shop operations, preferably in the automotive/off-road industry</p> </li><li> <p>Sales or service writing experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of off-road vehicles and aftermarket parts preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service abilities</p> </li></ul> <p>We offer a full benefits package for eligible employees including:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and health insurance </li><li>401k with company match & immediate vesting </li><li>PTO (Paid Time Off) </li><li>Short term and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Life Insurance and more! </li></ul> <p>Aftermarket Performance Group (APG) is a fast-growing leader in the automotive enthusiast industry.
