Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Quotations Team leader in our Nashville, TN location.</p> <p>Characteristics of someone who will be successful in this role are:</p> <ul> <li>Well Organized </li><li>Highly Motivated </li><li>Great Attention to Detail </li><li>Ability to lead and motivate team members </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage district workflow </li><li>Assign jobs to team members based on abilities </li><li>Review & develop quotations based on branch preferences, including manufacturers, profit margins, etc. </li><li>Provides coaching to team members on expectations </li><li>Provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members </li><li>Work within team setting; managing high volume email requests via Outlook </li><li>Communicates with Quotations Coordinators on inbox questions </li><li>Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years' experience in quotations development is preferred </li><li>Must be well organized, detail-oriented and have excellent time-management skills </li><li>Ability to read blueprints </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization </li><li>Ability to lead and motivate individuals </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (emphasis on Teams and Outlook) </li><li>Experienced in commercial plumbing projects, either via bid process or project management. </li><li>Strong understanding of Ferguson's vendor programs </li><li>Flexibility and adaptability, as this position often requires multi-tasking </li><li>Self-motivated/goal oriented </li></ul> <p>At Ferguson, we care for each other.
