MSIM strives to provide outstanding long-term investment performance, service, and a comprehensive suite of investment management solutions to a diverse client base, which includes governments, institutions, corporations, and individuals worldwide.</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>Utilize 3rd party data applications (Salesforce, SS&C SalesConnect, Broadridge, etc.) to ensure Intermediary flows and AUM are accurately recorded and available for reporting </li><li>Manual entry of trades, trade assignments, firms, offices, contacts as needed to help resolve trades and positions across a variety of MSIM product families </li><li>Function as a liaison between the Firm and SS&C to drive prioritization of outstanding data initiatives and maintain project timelines </li><li>Oversee sales territory management tool and work with sales managers to execute realignments when needed </li><li>Troubleshoot trade resolution issues and identify root cause to formulate a proposed solution </li><li>Work closely with Investor Services and Operations to ensure alignment of data between TA and sales systems </li><li>Design custom data queries to respond to ad-hoc data requests from sales personnel and members of our investment teams </li><li>Implement custom rules to override natural resolution of trades and assets in order to satisfy sales requirements </li><li>Assist with the resolution of subscriptions in our Alternative funds down to the appropriate financial advisor </li><li>Ability to maintain excellent communication standards, including within Distribution Management and with sales representatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ Years of relevant work experience preferably within Mutual Fund Operations / Transfer Agency teams </li><li>Fundamental understanding of SS&C / Transfer Agent data architecture and relationship with complimentary sub-TA data streams </li><li>Knowledge of the Mutual Fund trade resolution process and the role of the Firm/Office/Rep ID's that drive the attribution </li><li>Experience working with ETF flows and AUM is beneficial </li><li>Comfortable working with large complex data sets received from multiple sources, both internal and from 3rd party providers </li><li>Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations </li><li>Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills </li><li>Work experience with SalesConnect / SS&C experience is a plus as well as preferred operations background </li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions </li><li>High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities meeting deadlines </li><li>Bachelor's Degree Required </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:</p> <p>We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
