<p>Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation</p> <p>vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets</p> <p>products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to</p> <p>factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and optimize national field service operations to improve efficiency, reduce service delays, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop field service leaders and employees to strengthen performance, accountability, and professional growth. </li><li>Establish clear performance expectations, evaluate results, and address performance gaps through timely feedback and corrective action. </li><li>Establish, communicate, and enforce safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment across all field operations. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of communication for field service teams and service partners by providing clear guidance, updates, and operational direction. </li><li>Oversee preventive maintenance of service vehicles and operational equipment to minimize downtime and control repair costs. </li><li>Manage service vehicle assets, including leased vehicles, to ensure proper usage, condition, and cost-effective lifecycle management. </li><li>Monitor and manage labor cost recovery related to service repairs to support budget control and financial performance. </li><li>Analyze field service issues and implement effective solutions to resolve operational challenges and improve service outcomes. </li><li>Foster talent development by supporting career path planning, management of performance objectives, engagement, training, and onboarding of new hires. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of a degree, fifteen or more years of progressive field service and/or after sales operations experience may be considered, including a minimum of five years of experience leading and developing managers within comparable operational environments. </li><li>Years of Experience: Seven to ten years of related experience, including at least five years of experience leading and developing direct reports. </li><li>Software Knowledge: Proficiency with standard business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with Salesforce, and SAP preferred. </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, service partners, and customers. </li><li>Ability to travel approximately 25 percent as required to support field operations, as well as a valid driver's license are required </li></ul>
