Be part of an extraordinary life!</p> <p>Rose Senior Living Farmington Hills is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team!</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:</p> <ul> <li>Perform general maintenance tasks, including wall, floor, furniture repairs, light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. </li><li>Carry out painting, refurbishing, and routine preventive maintenance as directed. </li><li>Assist with light snow removal, and keep equipment and tools in working order. </li></ul> <p>We are specifically Hiring for the following shift: Monday - Friday with Every other weekend rotation 8:30am - 5:00pm</p> <p>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in building maintenance (preferably in apartment or healthcare settings). </li><li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. </li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, along with familiarity with tools and maintenance equipment. </li></ul> <p>At Rose Senior Living, we understand that our employees work best when they are healthy, happy, and excited about the here and now, as well as the future.
