We are looking for a passionate and client-focused onsite Construction Manager for engagement on significant projects in the Nation's Capital.</p> <p>Specific tasks may include:</p> <ul> <li>Client representation during building design and construction centered on cost, schedule, scope, and quality management </li><li>Facilitating meetings and communication across multiple stakeholders and utilizing the latest project management control systems </li><li>Assisting in the development scopes and budgets for building projects </li><li>Evaluating potential Changes in the Work and assisting the client with mitigating construction cost and schedule risks </li><li>Monitoring schedule performance, approving payment requisitions, and generating executive-level progress reports </li><li>Assigning and maximizing contributions from technical resources supporting the project </li><li>Expediting actions and actively engaging in resolution of issues arising during design and construction </li><li>Managing site-based staff within a fast-paced work environment. </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 10 years' experience as a responsible-in-charge Project Manager in an Engineering or Construction organization required </li><li>Strong working knowledge of building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, and team building required </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>130,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>150,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
