The individual ensures that the requirements of each program are analyzed, designed, developed, implemented and that success is measured and results are appropriately sustained. Focus will be on sustaining a high level of process efficiency through maximized operational effectiveness, program management, relationship building with cross-site teams and internal stakeholders/business partners, product expertise and technological enhancements. This is an individual contributor role.</p> <p>What you have</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred </li><li>Minimum 3 years' experience with a focus in Learning & Development, Project Management Tools, Training, and Instructional Design </li><li>Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to optimally communicate with leadership and team members </li><li>Proficiency to anticipate and resolve problems under your own initiative while also working in a collaborative team environment </li><li>Ability to embrace, pivot and shift focus based on changing priorities and/or the business environment and champion innovative ideas </li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple contending priorities within established timeframes </li><li>Professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and collaboration </li><li>Expertise in learning analysis using the ADDIE framework to building training content and programs </li><li>Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) </li><li>Ability to create, develop, manipulate, and share learning content using a variety of technology such as SharePoint, Articulate, and/or Learning Management Systems </li><li>Articulate Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, SnagIt experience required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years in the Financial Services industry preferred </li><li>Familiar with communication platforms WebEx, MS Teams, SharePoint </li><li>Ability to whiteboard ideas to create learning materials, develop script and videos, and facilitate Train-The-Trainer </li></ul> <p>In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.</p>
