<p>This position will be responsible for providing developing and maintaining all supporting components related to Salesforce. Will help other developers gain experience and knowledge.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with and across teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies </li><li>Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability </li><li>Producing detailed process, system and functional requirements specifications </li><li>Presenting solution designs to project sponsors and leading requirements planning sessions </li><li>Provide Technical support to the developers on the Salesforce team </li><li>Subject Matter Expert for Service Cloud and the Guest Care Platform </li><li>Assist in reworking Legacy Apex Code </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Education & Experience)</p> <p>Qualifications include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education - Bachelor's Degree in Science in Information Technology</p> </li><li> <p>Specialized Knowledge -</p> </li><li> <p>Salesforce accredited</p> </li><li> <p>Abilities -</p> </li><li> <p>Work on multiple concurrent projects with convergent deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals</p> </li><li> <p>Creating and executing SQL statements and possess a working knowledge of relational databases</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with Microsoft products - Excel, Word, Outlook</p> </li><li> <p>Experience</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of Salesforce Experience</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years working in an IT support role</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years leading Agile Sprint teams and proficiency in JIRA tool</p> </li><li> <p>Other characteristics such as personal characteristics</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Self-Motivated - ability to work with minimal supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Occasional trips into St. Louis Office </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>While performing this job, the incumbent is regularly required to stand, sit, talk hear & use hands and fingers to operate keyboards </li></ul> <p>Direct Reports</p> <ul> <li>This position will have direct reports </li></ul> <p>Additional Description :</p> <p>Competitive Pay $127,461 to $178,445 annually.</p>
