<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Solution Architecture & Design Leadership </li><li>Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to meet the business needs of service industry segment. </li><li>Architect process flows that leverage SAP Best Practices for Finance and Controlling, R2R </li><li>Explore Phase Ownership </li><li>Drive and facilitate design workshops across Finance and Controlling, R2R </li><li>Validate scope and storyboard-based load point estimations with the business and ensure traceability of requirements. </li><li>Execute Fit to standard(F2S) workshops and find out SAP best practices with fair idea of Signavio. </li><li>Identify deltas between standard SAP and business needs, recommending suitable process adaptations or extensibility options. </li><li>Cross-Functional Integration & Governance </li><li>Ensure cross-stream solution consistency, particularly between Finance, Sales, and Subscription Billing </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in CBC and setting up Starter System for executing F2S workshops </li><li>Support decision-making for configuration vs. extensibility, always aiming for minimal deviation from standard. </li><li>Customer Confidence & Stakeholder Engagement </li><li>Collaboration with Global Delivery & Partner Teams </li><li>Align closely with offshore functional consultants and technical teams to ensure continuity in solution delivery. </li><li>Build strong relationships with business process owners and IT leadership by clearly articulating how the SAP Public Cloud solution will support their goals. </li><li>Review and validate functional designs and user stories to ensure completeness and accuracy. </li><li>Experience in supporting test cycles, data migration, and cutover planning by aligning key milestones. </li><li>Valid SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification is mandatory </li><li>Coach a nd mentor junior team members to strengthen internal SAP Public Cloud capability. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $137,500-$220,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-NS4</p>
