<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The HRIS System Administrator will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our UKG Pro HRIS system. Unlike a standard IT role, this position sits within the People Team, ensuring our HR technology supports talent development, payroll, learning & development, and a seamless employee lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between complex system architecture and the everyday needs of our HR, TA, and L&D specialists as well as provide HRIS subject matter expertise to our technical disciplines. The successful candidate may work out of any of our US offices.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>System Configuration & Maintenance: Manage the end-to-end configuration of UKG modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning Management (LMS). </li><li>L&D Integration: Partner with the Learning & Development team to integrate content catalogs, automate course assignments, track compliance training, and ensure the LMS is delivering friction-less user experience. </li><li>System Integration: Partner with internal Business Analytics team and external vendors to design and implement bi-directional data flow between ERP and UKG modules. </li><li>Business Intelligence (BI): Build complex reports and dashboards to provide the People Team and company leaders with actionable insights on turnover, training ROI, and headcount. Be the point of contact for troubleshooting system issues for leadership, employees, and HR staff using defined SLA metrics. </li><li>Process Optimization & Improvement: Audit current HR workflows to identify "bottlenecks" and implement automated solutions within UKG to reduce manual data entry and enhance user experience and productivity. </li><li>Security & Compliance: Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring strict adherence to GDPR/data privacy standards. </li><li>Upgrades & Releases: Act as the lead for UKG's seasonal release cycles-testing new features in the sandbox and communicating impact to the wider HR team. Coordinate refresh of Test Environment. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>Education - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology/Systems or Computer Science or equivalent experience. Great to have - Equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>3+ years HRIS admin experience. Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of data integrity, accuracy, and quality across HR and employee systems. Great to have - UKG Certifications </li><li>Advance Excel & BI Reporting. </li><li>Knowledge of SQL or API integrations. </li><li>Ability to explain technical "why" to non-tech HR. Strong ability to function on their own, independently identify needs and take ownership of end-to-end responsibilities of projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great to have - Project Management Certification (PMP/Agile). </li><li>HR Knowledge - Understanding of the employee lifecycle.
