This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately.</p> <p>Schedule: Days, PRN, as needed, schedule varies</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required </li><li>0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications</p> <ul> <li>PT - Physical Therapist license in the state of employment required </li><li>BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, therapeutic techniques, and safety standards. </li><li>Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans. </li><li>Proficiency in using therapy equipment and technology for documentation and billing. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity. </li><li>Commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical and legal standards. </li></ul> <p>About Gadsden Regional Medical Center</p> <p>Gadsden Regional Medical Center is your community healthcare provider, a 346-bed facility with inpatient and outpatient care.
