They are responsible for pulling all chemicals and parts needed for the field technicians and having them staged and ready to go for the day. Responsible for keeping a safe and clean Warehouse and parking lot. Putting away products as they're delivered, stocking and organizing products throughout the warehouse. Helping pull parts when customers come to the service counter for assistance. Closing the warehouse down at the end of the day, making sure everything is locked and secured for the night. Assisting in the day-to-day operations that the Warehouse manager needs.</p> <p>Warehouse Helper Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Make sure the field technicians have all products and materials needed staged for the day and pre pulling orders for tomorrows jobs. </li><li>Pulling all covers that are needed for openings and closing. </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and parking lot. Picking up any debris in lot, such as nails and trash. </li><li>Filling the big chemical truck and the truck and trailer for the daily chemical deliveries and making sure all dry goods are loaded for the driver. </li><li>Stocking and rotating products on shelves. </li><li>Help keep track of inventory management. If something is low or out report to the Warehouse Manager so they can order what is needed. </li><li>Keep the service counter/service area clean and inviting for the customers. </li><li>Refill carboys daily, for daily use when needed. </li><li>Break down and dispose of any pallets, acid drums or any other product not needed. </li><li>Stage any orders or parts that need to be shipped out, via UPS or FedEx. Prepare shipments for UPS & LTL. </li><li>Communicate with the Warehouse manager on any big projects coming or any tasks that need to be done. </li><li>Make sure all containers and storage areas are clean, safe and organized. </li><li>Moving products with Forklift inside and out of the warehouse. </li><li>Assist with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and service sales counter. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills & Proficiencies:</p> <ul> <li>Prefer 1-3 years of warehouse experience or pool experience. </li><li>Must be able to lift 75 plus pounds daily and multiple times a day. </li><li>Must be able to multitask. </li><li>Light computer duties. </li><li>Customer service skills and a general knowledge of pool parts and chemicals. </li><li>Reliable and Dependable. </li><li>Ability to assist the Warehouse Manager when needed. </li><li>Positive and upbeat attitude. </li><li>Must be able to adapt to changing atmosphere. </li><li>Valid class E drivers license. </li><li>Able to drive a forklift and use a pallet jack. </li></ul>
