To succeed in this role, the employee should have strong organization and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams. </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates the Senior Strategy Officer's calendar, meetings, schedule, travel arrangements, expense reports, preparing and sending materials for review prior to meetings, as well as distributing meeting notes, and handling information requests. </li><li>Requires a high degree of initiative in preparing reports or presentations and resolving problems. </li><li>Handles multiple incoming matters of a highly confidential, time-sensitive, and critical nature. </li><li>Exercises tact, diplomacy, and discretion in written and verbal communications. </li><li>May review and screen emails and correspondences to sort and identify priorities for immediate action. </li><li>Organizes and coordinates events, meetings, conferences, and conference calls. </li><li>Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment. </li><li>Provides minimal support to additional members of the executive team with various projects and administrative tasks as needed. </li><li>May review and approve timesheets. </li><li>Answer client inquiries or redirects them to the appropriate person. </li><li>Coordinates approval of AP invoices in assigned region, reviewing invoices for proper departmental approvals, ensures legitimacy of invoices, and makes recommendations of some expenses to improve costs. </li><li>May act as PC Network liaison, coordinating computer and software purchases for employees through preparation of proper requisition forms. </li><li>Authorizes and coordinates network access requests. </li><li>Provides general administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones, faxing, mailing, meal planning, meeting setup, and filing and photocopying. </li><li>Minimal inbox management and phone management for extended out of office coverage support. </li><li>Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position. </li><li>Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards. </li><li>Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards. </li><li>Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of administrative support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. </li><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
