We do not expect an applicant to have all the necessary skils, we are committed to on-the-job training for the right individual!</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Read technical drawings, reports, and work instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform electrical wiring and assembly.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform gas, water, and air assembly.</p> </li><li> <p>Thread piping, bend conduit, and assemble, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop working relationships with Engineering and other departments to address and resolve issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design, and quality problems, and to ensure the continuous improvement of processes and methods.</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally travel to customer sites to install On Oven Utilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Comply with all housekeeping procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete special projects, as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Degree or equivalent required; three to five years of related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Lean Manufacturing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read tape measures, basic math</p> </li><li> <p>Blueprint reading skills a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>If you aren't familiar with us, Wisconsin Oven Corporation is located in East Troy, Wisconsin.
