This role also supports satellite locations in Zionsville, Westfield, Noblesville, and E Washington St with monthly rounding expected.</p> <p>This position exists to manage the daily operations of patient care and resources in a defined patient care program, area or clinic. The scope of accountability for the specific responsibilities varies related to individual unit and program needs.</p> <p>As part of an award-winning hospital system, our part-time and full-time team members have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes, Competitive pay, Development opportunities, Tuition reimbursement, Matching 401k, Paid medical leave, and health, dental and vision insurance.</p> <ul> <li>Requires knowledge in business applications. </li><li>Requires ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources. </li><li>Requires knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span. </li><li>Requires knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and development levels of the patients served. </li><li>Requires ability to facilitate and lead work groups. </li><li>Requires ability to apply the organization personnel policies and procedures. </li><li>Requires effective written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Requires strong customer service skills. </li><li>Requires ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships. </li><li>Requires ability to take initiative and meet objectives. </li><li>Requires a high level of interpersonal; problem solving and analytical skills. Requires Bachelors degree in Nursing at time of hire effective February 24, 2013. </li><li>Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. </li><li>Basic Life Support certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. </li></ul> <p>#LI-FR1</p>
