The position will analyze, troubleshoot, automate and conduct network and system support while exercising full ownership and decision-making authority over the resolution of end-user technical challenges, including hardware failures and software anomalies. The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time in its discretion.</p> <p>? Serve as the site's primary IT first responder, owning the diagnostic process for complex infrastructure issues and exercising full autonomy to implement system-level fixes or trigger escalations to ensure uninterrupted Production continuity.</p> <p>? Provide Ubuntu Linux and Windows system desktop and server support as well as network administration for the entire company based on the NIST CyberSecurity Framework.</p> <p>? Be responsible for Automate deployment and monitoring of computer systems.</p> <p>? Install, configure, and maintain hardware, Windows and Linux-based Servers and Virtual Machines.</p> <p>? Manage and Troubleshoot Network Switches (Aruba, Cisco) and pfSense Firewalls, including VPN, DNS and DHCP services.</p> <p>? Support vulnerability and patch management processes, ensuring all Linux vulnerabilities are remediated in accordance with NIST CyberSecurity Framework.</p> <p>? Develop and maintain documentation related to the company's IT infrastructure and support processes.</p> <p>? Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software assets.</p> <p>? Be responsible for evaluating risks, designing secure systems in compliance with Cybersecurity</p> <p>Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) standards, and making strategic recommendations.</p> <p>? Linux, Networking and other IT Support may occasionally require on-call coverage overnight, on weekends, and holidays.</p> <p>? As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>? Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and/or maintaining Linux-based software and hardware installations.</p> <p>? Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus.</p> <p>? Skills Required: Fluency in Ubuntu Linux CLI, TCP/IP, LAN/VLAN Networking, Firewall Rules, Patch Management, and Backup.</p> <p>? Highly proficient in Google Suite (GDocs, GSheet, GSlides, GChat, GDrive)</p> <p>? Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.</p> <p>? Demonstrated ability to operate as a team member, supporting departmental decisions, policies, and procedures with a positive and communicative attitude with company colleagues.</p> <p>Target Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $145,000 USD</p> <p>Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
