This is an entry-level role-no experience is required. You will work with a team to print designs on shirts and other clothing items, ensuring each product meets quality standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Print logos and designs on shirts and other apparel using production machines </li><li>Pack and unpack finished items carefully to prevent damage </li><li>Apply labels to products as needed </li><li>Assist with basic machine setup and simple adjustments </li><li>Follow instructions and quality guidelines to ensure accurate production </li><li>Work safely with inks and materials that may have strong smells </li><li>Help keep the work area clean and organized </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Production Associates must be flexible and willing to move between departments and tasks based on seasonal demand and operational needs.
