Since then, it continues to attract adventurous winter sports enthusiasts a like.</p> <p>Who you are</p> <ul> <li>PSIA/AASI level 3 (or equivalent) </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of resort industry experience </li><li>Broad knowledge of PSIA/AASI </li><li>Ability to work weekends and holidays </li><li>Excellent verbal, written and radio communication skills </li><li>Computer competency </li><li>Ability to safely and appropriately Ski/Ride around the resort </li><li>Organizational and time management skills </li><li>Ability to build positive inter/intra-departmental relationships </li><li>Global (resort-wide) leadership perspective </li><li>Work in an alpine winter environment which may include snow and inclement weather </li></ul> <p>Not necessary, but preferred</p> <ul> <li>PSIA/AASI Examiner experience </li><li>Additional PSIA/AASI certifications; incl. Resort trainer, DTA and specialist certifications </li><li>Experience as Snowsports School trainer </li><li>Certifications in multiple disciplines (pref.
