<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Business Development Manager to negotiate and activate bespoke partnerships with top social and entertainment app developers to support the Amazon Appstore across Amazon Devices.</p> <p>The Amazon Devices team designs and builds customer-obsessed consumer electronics including Amazon Fire TV, Fire Tablets and Echo Show. It is revolutionizing the way people watch content inside and outside their homes. We believe it remains day one and need your innovative ideas to continue growing our device business.</p> <p>Key job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that delight customers and support strategic objectives </li><li>Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to identify, evaluate and drive feature adoption among top partners </li><li>Drive partner success through building account plans, quarterly business reviews, and tracking and reviewing partner specific goals </li><li>Work with cross-matrix teams including: Legal, PR, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Advertising to improve partner and customer experiences </li></ul> <p>About the team</p> <p>CAPE manages partnerships with third-party app and game developers responsible for creating apps and software features across Amazon-branded and affiliated consumer devices. CAPE supports a portfolio of Amazon products including Fire-branded devices (Fire TV, Fire TV Edition, Fire TV Automotive, Fire tablets) and Echo Show multi-modal devices.</p> <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience </li><li>6+ years of professional or military experience </li><li>Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules </li><li>Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions </li><li>Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations </li><li>Experience with technology transformation initiatives </li><li>MBA </li></ul> <p>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.</p> <p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
