<p>Position provides administrative support to the Master of Professional Communication program, responsible for processing applications for admission to graduate program, maintaining graduate program records and correspondence, representing the program with prospective students, and assisting with budgeting functions.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>Three years of related experience that includes administrative support </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation </li><li>Ability to represent the program at recruitment fairs </li><li>Ability and experience working with budgets </li><li>Ability to post content to social media and website using a content management system </li><li>Ability to speak and correspond with prospective students in an accurate, professional manner </li><li>Ability to supervise student employees as needed </li><li>Ability to organize and plan events such as graduation celebration and program orientation </li></ul> <p>A successful candidate will be willing to Background Check?
