The ideal candidate should have experience with ERP systems and must possess strong Excel skills. This role involves negotiating part pricing, including step-down pricing, managing schedules and contracts, vendor management, and data management. The candidate will be responsible for handling purchase order delivery dates, addressing PO discrepancies and quoting, creating bills of lading for shipments, coordinating logistics for freight, and maintaining clear communication. The company offers flexible working hours, with options for four ten-hour days or five eight-hour days. We are a growing company involved in extensive R&D within the automation industry, and we are soon moving to a larger facility in Aurora.
