We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead cross-departmental projects that support our strategic roadmap, regulatory priorities, and technology modernization efforts.</p> <p>In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to turn strategy into execution-overseeing multiple high-impact projects, supporting strong governance practices, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects and initiatives within an assigned set of complex initiatives </li><li>Partner with senior leadership to define scope, success metrics, and organizational readiness for change </li><li>Establish and maintain project governance, risk and issue management, and performance reporting </li><li>Coordinate internal resources and external vendors; manage project budgets and financial tracking </li><li>Prepare and present executive-level updates to senior management and PMO leadership </li><li>Champion PMO tools, methodologies, and best practices across departments </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and frameworks </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders </li><li>Deep knowledge of project and change management methodologies </li><li>Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Wrike </li><li>Ability to influence across functions and drive alignment in a complex environment </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience </li><li>5-7 years of project management experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree (MBA or related field) </li><li>7-10 years of project or program management experience </li><li>Prior banking or financial services experience </li><li>Process improvement or change management certifications </li><li>PMP or similar project management certification </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <p>You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking organization where your work directly impacts strategy, regulatory readiness, and technology transformation.
