Find your future with us.</p> <p>We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Modification team in Long Beach, CA by transforming data into actionable insights that improve program execution, schedule performance, and decision-making. The role will partner with Program and Project Managers, Engineering and Supply Chain to develop dashboards, maintain data integrity, and support performance reporting across modification programs.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to track program performance (schedule, cost, milestones, resource utilization)</p> </li><li> <p>Support development and administration of project tracking solutions in Smartsheet</p> </li><li> <p>Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in building standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO use</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze trends and provide insights to support program reviews and leadership decision-making</p> </li><li> <p>Support maturity assessment efforts, scorecard development and KPI tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years' experience in data analysis, or metrics reporting, or related work</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years' experience developing dashboards, reports and KPIs</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years' experience developing data pipelines or ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load)</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>1+ years experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to Tableau (academic, internship or personal projects)</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of project/program management concepts</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into insights</p> </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain the top talent.
