The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents under the supervision of the Director of Culinary Services.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Trains new employees, and ensures the food safety standards set by the State/Federal/Benedictine are met. </li><li>Fosters an engaged culture with the culinary team. </li><li>Fills in when needed in the kitchen and dining area. </li><li>Orders food and kitchen supplies and works with approved vendors. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications Required</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Food service experience. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course or completion within the first 90 days of employment. </li></ul> <p>Benedictine is a not-for-profit senior care organization who operates on our four core values: Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
