<p>Primary Responsibility: The Strategic Account Sales Director will lead and manage a team of Strategic Account Managers, tasked with expanding sales and profitability with large enterprise-wide clients, national accounts and government entities through a process-driven and disciplined professional selling approach.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist the EVP of Americas in executing the company's Strategic Account strategy </li><li>Develop and drive a go-to-market strategy relevant to the National Accounts and Government segments </li><li>Support and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers within various segments </li><li>Drive the teams' execution of Strategic Account Sales Management Process </li><li>Conduct regular 1:1s with individual team members </li><li>Strategize with team on how to co-create value within teams' assigned accounts </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional departments & team members to support the success of Strategic Accounts (ie. Marketing, Finance, Product Management, etc.) </li><li>Develop executive relationships within key Strategic Accounts </li><li>Participate in regular internal and external Business Reviews </li><li>Establish annual sales targets </li><li>Manage team pipeline of opportunities in line with commercial priorities </li><li>Support team in fast-paced, "start-up" environment </li><li>Manage Team P/L </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate these preferred competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of Strategic Account Management processes and competencies </li><li>High-performing team leadership </li><li>Situational Leadership </li><li>Experience with P/L management </li><li>Familiarity with SAMA 7-Step Account Management Process (or similar) preferred </li><li>Active member of Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), including but not limited to C-SAM (SAM certification) preferred </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in business or equivalent required </li><li>5+ years of strategic, sales experience with demonstrated successes supporting large, enterprise-wide customer relationships </li><li>5+ years of previous people leadership </li><li>Experience with SFDC CRM preferred </li><li>Must possess strong communication skills, ability to respond, sense of urgency, prioritize efforts and problem solving </li><li>Exceptional business acumen and sales presentation skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability to build trusted internal, cross-functional relationships </li><li>Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding sales revenue and non-revenue KPIs </li></ul> <p>Let's create a cleaner future together</p> <p>Cleaning has emerged as a key contributor to health and safety, sparked by technology and innovation.
