<div> Working Knowledge of Opioid and other Substance Use Disorders and Medication Assisted Treatment. Skills need related to Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing ,Dialectic Behavior Therapy and Contingency Management. </div><div> Ensure the completion, accuracy, and timeliness of documentation such as diagnostic assessment treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other essential documentation in accordance with applicable Federal and State standards and regulations as well as agency policies and procedures.</div><div><br></div><div>Provide patients with orientation regarding :MAT, HIV/AIDA, fiscal obligations, safety planning, Central Registry, confidentiality , rules and regulations, sanctions, hours of service, patient rights and grievance procedures and additional information to help patients navigate and engage treatment. Intake skills that ensure all require actions document and completed in a timeless manner and assures each patient placed accordingly into appropriated level of care. Provide counseling services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards for the MAT.</div><div> Maintain all patient files and caseload in and organized manner, updated in accordance with established policies and procedures.</div><div>Counsel patients in crises situations by identifying patient resources and coping abilities in order to help patient cope with and take steps to resolve crisis.</div><div>Counseling skills to engage and motivate patients who challenged to comply with MAT program requirements in order to improve treatment outcomes and increase patient retention related compliance. Case manage and arrange referrals to other agencies and resources in the community as appropriate. Participate in case conferences and case reviews in accordance with established policies and procedures or Treatment Team.</div><div>Develop and increase knowledge of Federal, State and agency regulations regarding confidentiality, methadone treatment, and counseling techniques.</div><div>Submit all internal and external correspondence to supervisor for review and approval . 1. Secure necessary documentation from patient, when appropriate, to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures related to releases of information.</div><div>Submit monthly census report to supervisor.</div><div>Be knowledgeable and enforce agency policies and procedures.</div><div>Participate in in-service training, workshops and other educational activities as required by Federal, State, and program policies.</div><div>Ability to promote, adheres to, and actively participates in corporate compliance program. </div><div>The primary focus of CTC’s values in the day-to-day performance of engaging clients include proactive risk-management actions against the appearance of abuse or fraud.</div><div>ORGANIZATIONAL FUNCTIONS</div><div>Patient Satisfaction</div><div>Interacts appropriately with patients.</div><div>Seeking feedback from patients/co-workers.</div><div>Maintains cooperative working relationships.</div><div>Communicates effectively with others.</div><div>Observes privacy/confidentiality of patients.</div><div>Acts on complaints/requests of patients.</div><div>Organization Support</div><div>1.
