<p>Job Description and Duties</p> <p>Under the general direction of the Office Chief of Engineering Services, a Supervising Transportation Engineer, the Senior Transportation Engineer will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Division of Design Quality Management Plan (QMP) and will lead the Quality Management Assurance (QMA) team in reviewing design products and ensuring compliance with applicable design standards and guidlines. Main St., Los Angeles, Los Angeles County.</p> <p>The incumbent will work in a climate-controlled environment under artificial lighting most of the time, occasional field work subject to varying climate, dust, and uneven terrain to review issues may be required. The incumbent may also be required to travel to offsite locations for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
