This role involves working on large systems, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings, utilizing Solidworks for machine design and conveyor systems.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design packaging and material handling equipment </li><li>Create and manage shop drawings and fabrication drawings </li><li>Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMS) </li><li>Detail large systems </li><li>Utilize Solidworks for 2D drafting and 3D design </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>BS in Mechanical Engineering </li><li>Proficient with Solidworks </li><li>Experience in 2D drafting and 3D design </li><li>Experience detailing large systems </li><li>Familiarity with shop drawings and fabrication drawings </li><li>Experience with Bills of Materials (BOMS) </li><li>GPA of 3.5 or higher required </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with conveyor systems </li><li>Experience in machine design </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>You will be working in a rapidly growing company that has recently outgrown its facility and is building a new one next door. Initially, you will be working out of a trailer until the new facility is ready. This position offers extensive training, real-world skill development, and opportunities for mobility across different business units.
