As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier .</p> <p>More about our team</p> <p>How you'll contribute</p> <p>A Medical Assistant, who excels in this role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Performs continual surveillance of multiple monitors.</p> </li><li> <p>Initiates and discontinues monitoring equipment on admission, transfer or discharge.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs clerical duties related to admission, transfer, discharge and documentation of patient information in the central system.</p> </li><li> <p>Reports abnormal assessment and telemetry findings to nursing staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains ongoing observation of all patients' cardiac rhythms and notifies nursing/providers of any rate/rhythm changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Measures and interprets heart rhythm and documents as part of patient's record per departmental standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why join us</p> <p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
