This leadership role oversees a team of content creators while establishing technical and creative standards for our banking brand's visual storytelling.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct the multimedia content strategy, establishing production standards and creative direction for the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead multimedia projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with various teams, including graphic designers, videographers and copywriters to produce high-quality content.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to align content with overall marketing strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage team resources, workload distribution, and production schedules.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement multimedia production workflows and quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide mentorship and professional development to team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate emerging multimedia technologies and recommend strategic investments.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms and materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all content is free from errors, consistent in tone, and adheres to brand guidelines.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, Communications or related field required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in multimedia production with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Experience in financial services preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to develop multimedia content strategies that drive business results</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements for marketing communications</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of financial products and services to guide content development</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of digital distribution strategies and content optimization for different platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in video production software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and audio editing tools</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical knowledge of digital formats, compression techniques and multimedia delivery platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of responsive design principles for multimedia content across various devices</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, executives, and other stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and optimize multimedia content</p> </li><li> <p>Team leadership experience with demonstrated ability to mentor creative professionals</p> </li><li> <p>Budget management experience and resource allocation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong project management abilities with experience using production management tools</p> </li><li> <p>Portfolio demonstrating successful multimedia projects and campaigns</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $124,000-$182,000 (depending on experience and other job-related factors)</p> <p>This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week.
