<p>Role: Salesforce Senior Developer</p> <p>Job Level: Manager</p> <p>Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)</p> <p>Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.</p> <p>Roles and responsibilities:</p> <p>Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.</p> <p>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</p> <p>Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce configurations.</p> <p>Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.</p> <p>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.</p> <p>Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.</p> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations.</p> <p>Certifications: PD1 and PD2 certifications required.</p> <p>#L1-SS3</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until June 29, 2025.</p> <p>The annual salary for this position is between $129,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
