<p>Salary: $20/hour+ based on experience</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>LaSante Health Center is seeking an Administrative Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests on our new Healthcare Mobile Unit, as well as overseeing administrative duties for the medical team. This position involves scheduling appointments, clarifying intake procedures for new patients, verifying insurance, and handling payment transactions.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet patients professionally both in person and over the phone </li><li>Enter precise information into Electronic Health Records. </li><li>Coordinate patient appointments, providing guidance on required documents and arrival times. </li><li>Serve as a liaison between patients and the health Center, directing inquiries accordingly. </li><li>Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records </li><li>Verify insurance </li><li>Assist with any additional tasks directed by supervisor with diligence and efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Customer service and insurance verification experience preferred </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. </li></ul>
