<p>The Operability & Commissioning - Budget Manager [Senior] is primarily responsible for the department budget and Factory management. Along with the entire Operability and Commissioning Team, they will strive to improve vehicle-level operability by promptly identifying and resolving issues and updating vehicles with the latest compatible software configurations.</p> <p>Responsibilities also include:</p> <ul> <li>Budget Management and Fund Transfers </li><li>Factory Management - Purchased Services and Work Packages </li><li>Supplier Evaluations </li><li>Manage External Personnel (1-5) </li><li>Capex Requests </li><li>Indirect Budget Management </li><li>Submit department purchase requisitions (i.e. tools, software, equipment, etc.) and manage purchase orders </li><li>Workload Analysis </li><li>Define Workforce Needs </li><li>Archetype Definition and Management </li><li>Bulletins - Responses & Tracking </li><li>Order Tools and Software </li><li>Develop Quotes </li><li>Pillar Management </li><li>Propose Efficiencies </li><li>Submit Tool Changes to Support new KPI </li><li>Support O&C Project Status Reports </li><li>Support Data Analytics and KPI development </li><li>Readiness Reviews: Maturity, Issues, Compatibility, Workarounds </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree - Electrical, Mechanical, Computer or related degree field.</p> </li><li> <p>7 years of experience in electrical/electronics.</p> </li><li> <p>Hold a valid driver's license.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum English proficiency at B2 level. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to conduct meetings and working groups in English.</p> </li><li> <p>General automotive knowledge.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with industrialization and R&D processes and tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with developing and managing budgets (i.e. Capex, indirect, travel, program, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with workforce and workload analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent proficiency in computer tools (MS Access, Visual Basic, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Software developer foundations - Python, Java Script, HTML, C, C++, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of usage of electrical debugging tools (e.g., digital multi-meter, oscilloscope, CAN diagnostic tools, CDA, Dianalyzer, Inca,</p> </li><li> <p>current probes).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge of software and modeling concepts.</p> </li><li> <p>Independent leader and self-starter, focused on triage and synthesis.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work well with a team of experts.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Software developer foundations - Python, Java Script, HTML, C, C++, etc. </li><li>Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts. </li><li>Certified problem-solving skills (Reactive Quality Green Belt or Reactive Quality Black Belt). </li></ul>
