This role is responsible for answering, documenting, and routing calls efficiently to over 70 provider teams. Specialized scheduling will also be a key duty of the role.</p> <p>Reports:</p> <p>Patient Services Manager</p> <p>Supervises:</p> <p>None</p> <p>Required Education:</p> <p>Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Associates Degree, Medical Terminology or Health Care Management</p> <p>Required Experience:</p> <p>Minimum: 1 year of job-related experience; previous experience demonstrating direct customer service.
