In this role, you will be responsible for operating our top-of-the-line packaging equipment to help provide customers with the best packaging solutions for their product. Come join our innovative, fun, and growing team today!</p> <p>Schedule and Pay:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Starting pay from $23.31 per hour</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule of 3 consecutive days on and 4 consecutive days off</p> </li><li> <p>1st Shift 4:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.</p> </li><li> <p>$1.00 shift differential</p> </li><li> <p>2nd Shift 4:00 P.M. 4:00 A.M.</p> </li><li> <p>$2.00 shift differential</p> </li><li> <p>12-hour shifts with consistent hours (NOT a swing shift)</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Highlights</p> <ul> <li>Set-up machines, make machine adjustments and stage materials when needed </li><li>Ensure top quality during runs, perform quality assurance testing, data collection and administrative functions </li><li>Inspect printed film for accepted quality and complete the appropriate paperwork </li><li>Pay close attention to detail, utilize problem solving skills </li><li>Work within a team environment </li><li>Ability to help out in other departments as needed </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school. </li><li>Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language. </li><li>Ability to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools. </li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers. </li><li>Regular attendance is required.
