Apply today and be part of something bigger.</p> <p>Number of positions: 01</p> <p>Location: Rustenburg Onboarding Hub, Rustenburg</p> <p>Job Type: Permanent</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Create a safety culture through productive and authorized operational systems/processes that allow all employees (including contracting partners) to provide their outputs in a risk-controlled environment. </li><li>Coordinate all training activities in the Onboarding Hub in line with other worker required activities and overall efficiency targets for onboarding. </li><li>Ensuring maximum capacity utilization of training facilities, timeous booking of training and completion of training in the shortest possible time period. </li><li>Coordinating the training needs analysis, planning, assessment, moderation and compilation of training reports. </li><li>Coordinating the implementation of the Learning Strategy within the Contractor hub to service processing operations. </li><li>Liaising and engaging with the Onboarding Manager on delivery priorities. </li><li>Coordinating and implementing employee and contractor worker onboarding training at the Onboarding Hub. </li><li>Coordinating and evaluating the external training providers. </li><li>Maintaining the accredited Learning delivery system. </li><li>Maintaining of the support system for the learning delivery system. </li><li>Aligning Training Material (LFI). </li><li>Training delivery as per needs analysis and training plans. </li><li>Moderations and audits conducted in compliance with accredited learning delivery system. </li><li>Proactively identify training -specific challenges and opportunities and implement solutions. </li><li>Creating a purpose-led, high-performing culture within the discipline that is aligned with the company values, is inclusive and promotes diversity on Act as a role model and actively engage as a team member in all team. </li><li>Ensure discipline with external (legislative, regulatory, permitting) requirements, Valterra Platinum standards, and CA&SI governance. </li></ul> <p>This role is at a GBF 6 level, reporting to the Section Manager Contractor Onboarding.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Grade 12 </li><li>Process SME. OD ETDP level 5 Higher certificate. </li><li>Assessor and Moderator Certificate. </li><li>Risk Management Certification. </li><li>NQF 6 OD ETDP Diploma will be advantageous. </li><li>Relevant Management Programme will be advantageous. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>5 years Process experience, including 1-year supervisory experience and 2 years HRD Experience/ Shift Leader experience. Advantageous: Projects experience. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating processes to implement the organisation's Learning strategy and plan at operational level. </li><li>Understanding and operationalising all SA Skills Development legislation and regulation, ensuring implementation of intent of legislation not only compliance. </li><li>Assisting line managers to identify relevant competencies, using the organisational framework. </li><li>Governance of training providers and sets up processes and systems to manage training logistics. </li><li>Setting up processes and systems to capture accurate and relevant training needs, diagnosing performance barriers and integrating to build a big picture of operational level training needs. </li><li>Delivery and Evaluation of development activities. </li></ul> <p>You will also need to have:</p> <ul> <li>No criminal record </li><li>Good command of English language both written and speaking </li></ul> <p>If successful, you will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness test.</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>We are a Southern African PGM producer, marketing metals globally, with a presence across 8 regions and 17 sites.
