<p>Role Title: Business Analyst - UI/UX</p> <p>Duration: 9/30/2026, could extend</p> <p>Preferred Location: Milwaukee - 3 days onsite</p> <p>Role Description:</p> <p>This Analyst will support UI/UX enhancements across AI-driven applications. This role will focus on improving user experience by gathering feedback, translating requirements, and supporting design and testing efforts.</p> <ul> <li>Gather and refine requirements from business stakeholders and end users </li><li>Collect and analyze user feedback to identify UI/UX improvement opportunities </li><li>Translate feedback into clear, actionable functional specifications and change requests </li><li>Support UI design enhancements, including testing and validation of updates </li><li>Contribute to documentation across applications and integrations </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or similar role </li><li>Hands-on experience working with UI/UX concepts, user feedback, or front-end applications </li><li>Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, or change requests </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technical teams </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) </li></ul>
