Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility </li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects </li><li>Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure </li><li>Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives </li><li>Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms </li><li>Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights </li><li>Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions </li><li>Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects </li><li>Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases </li><li>Experience in Alteryx or other data wrangling technology </li><li>Experience with Python development </li><li>Experience with database back-up, recovery, and archiving strategy </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience designing and building database models </li><li>Experience in Snowflake and Databricks </li><li>Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik or ThoughtSpot </li></ul>
