And we want you</p> <p>Mechanical Technical Instructor for Bell Training Academy</p> <p>Bring your experience as a mechanic with a high degree of Bell knowledge from maintaining Bell's aircraft (helicopters) for an operator or at a Bell Service Center.</p> <p>You'll have experience maintaining but not limited to the following systems: hydraulics, fuel system, powertrain, rotating controls, powerplant systems, and avionics/electrical systems.</p> <p>This role will be an integral part of the team, working closely with customers and fellow instructors.</p> <p>This role is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.</p> <p>What you'll be doing as a Mechanical Instructor:</p> <p>Prepare classroom for each class and deliver the presentation of the course materials to the customers.</p> <p>Maintain the Bell Training Academy shop areas in a clean and orderly appearance.</p> <p>Develop and deliver specialized courses for customers, develop a rapport with the customer base to include US based and international customers.</p> <p>Work with the Training Support Development team to update courseware or build courseware as needed.</p> <p>Travel required to present aircraft courses both in the US and Internationally (15%).</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Skills You Bring To this Role:</p> <p>Self-starter, outgoing people person, with great presentation skills.</p> <p>Skilled at using MS Office software.</p> <p>Ability to prioritize work, strong customer comes first attitude, and a positive team player.</p> <p>Excellent communicator that must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, and brief leaders/peers.</p> <p>What you need to be successful:</p> <p>Must possess an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate</p> <p>At least 2 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting on Bell products.</p> <p>High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant A&P experience may be considered equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
