Additionally, there is a clear path to becoming a Partner within the firm, making this an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns </li><li>Review of high net worth individual returns </li><li>Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters </li><li>Identify tax planning opportunities </li><li>Train staff on new tax codes </li><li>Create marketing materials for new tax codes </li><li>Handle and resolve tax controversies </li><li>Training and supervision of staff* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting </li><li>CPA is a must </li><li>12+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review, and tax law with ability to research </li><li>Expected to have good communications skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities </li><li>Experience managing & mentoring staff </li></ul>
