<p>Overview/ Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist, Senior to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, though not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. </li><li>Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods </li><li>Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment. </li><li>Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records. </li><li>Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements. </li><li>May operate hand, power trucks, and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties. </li><li>Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. </li><li>Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. </li><li>Has domain and expert technical knowledge. </li><li>Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. </li><li>Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. </li><li>Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. </li><li>May supervise others. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must have a SECRET level clearance </li><li>Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school </li><li>Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience of a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. </li></ul> <p>About Sev1Tech LLC</p> <p>Welcome to Sev1Tech!
