<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead technology initiatives from start to finish. In this role, you'll define scope, requirements, and project plans, while balancing resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. You'll provide guidance to project teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into innovative, high-quality technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business units, recommend process improvements, and influence the adoption of emerging technologies.</p> <p>About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Initiate project following appropriate project management methodology including defining scope, gathering and defining project requirements, developing project charters, project plans, budgets and schedules, identifying staffing requirements, and forming project teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Select and follow project management methods, procedures, and quality objectives, and tracks metrics for assessing progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Balance workload, provide technical and analytical guidance and work direction to project team, including scheduling, assignment of work, review of project efforts and removal of roadblocks which may inhibit project success.</p> </li><li> <p>Incorporate regulatory compliance into technology solutions along with corporate policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess variance from the project plans, develops and implement changes as necessary to ensure that the project remains within specific scope and is within time, cost, and quality objectives, and keep management aware of the situation.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to adopt innovative technologies; work with Portfolio Manager at the strategic level and lead options analysis, and make solution proposals that meet business expectations as well as work within the constraints of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and recommend potential improvements in current methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with business units, and team members</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.</p> </li></ul> <p>About You and How You Can Excel in this Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.</p> </li><li> <p>7+ years proven working experience in Project Management and 3-5 years of IT experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive understanding, knowledge, and practice of project/program management methods and practices (Agile preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent planning and time management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledgeable in computer systems architecture, including high-availability, fault-tolerant systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform a variety of complicated tasks which require strong computer and analytical skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interpret and apply complex technical information to facilitate in the resolution of difficult problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead small, medium, and possible large projects solutions, breakdown projects into tasks, and define priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Resourceful and able to manage multiple projects at once and shifting priorities with limited supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong and effective interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and motivational skills within technical and function team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to mentor other team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience identifying and working through process improvement activities related to systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently, take full ownership of projects, and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>PMP and CSM certification is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with operational excellence and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong working experience/knowledge with Project Management software (Jira) and MS Office suite.</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-SM1</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p>
