If you're a natural leader with a heart for behavioral health, we'd love to meet you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee patient care and nursing operations during your shift</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs</p> </li><li> <p>Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources</p> </li><li> <p>Support and guide nursing staff through coaching and training</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>RN license (TN) & BLS certification required</p> </li><li> <p>Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and critical-thinking skills</p> </li><li> <p>BSN preferred, not required</p> </li></ul> <p>Why KCBM?</p> <p>Join a supportive team where your leadership truly matters.
