<p>MILLWORK SPECIALIST- Exterior</p> <p>Posting Start Date: 5/7/25</p> <p>Division: Distribution</p> <p>Posting Area: Operations + Manufacturing</p> <p>Job Location: White House, TN</p> <p>Starting Salary $16.50</p> <p>Employment Type: Hourly FT (Mon-Friday 5am-1:30pm)</p> <p>Department: Exterior</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The purpose of this position is to safely manufacture high-quality products to specifications while meeting\exceeding productivity targets. Team members may have different roles or positions, such as building, door pull, glass pull, and palletizing.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work as part of a team. </li><li>Safely assist in manufacturing of high-quality materials, while exceeding palletizing. </li><li>Ensure products ordered meet specifications and have no damage by the due date. </li><li>Operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required. </li><li>1-3 year warehouse experience, preferred. </li><li>Ability to work with a team </li><li>Fork lift experience a plus. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>You will be standing, and walking, for a large part of the day.</p> <p>Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch.</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to heights; regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat related to weather.
