(Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT) </li></ul> <p>Richdale is more than where you work, it's your home.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required </li><li>CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred </li><li>Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li><li>Strong customer service orientation </li><li>Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents </li><li>Perform light maintenance </li><li>Ability to consistently display a positive attitude </li><li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Whether you're looking for year-round employment or a seasonal opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!</p> <p>No third Parties</p>
