The team also provides a centralized program management and business analysis capability, targeted program governance, and consistent application of program management standards including system testing and change management practices, with a current focus on overseeing the Data Acquisition framework for strategic and legacy Finance, TCIO, and Wholesale Credit Risk platforms.</p> <p>The Project book of work includes change initiatives relating to Finance, Data, Risk, and Controls, where scope is cross-consumer or cross-asset class and there are significant interdependencies between Business and Technology teams (examples include delivering on regulatory mandated reporting changes or moving fit for purpose data to the public cloud for key functional groups' consumption).</p> <p>As a Project / Program Management Associate, within the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team, you will have the ability to help drive change initiatives related to data sourcing and infrastructure across key pillars of the Finance & Risk organization to contribute to Business optimization and Technology modernization goals, as well as the Global Controllers organization.</p> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support Program Management Lead in their larger book of work oversight by handling ad hoc tasks and helping improve processes for efficiency and best practices </li><li>Own one or two projects end-to-end, with potential to scale book of work or contribute to other large programs by owning workstreams </li><li>Partner with Business and Technology to plan major milestones with understanding of stakeholder needs </li><li>Identify risks and issues to be escalated and partner with workstream Leads to assess options for resolution </li><li>Hold Project Leads accountable to define measures of success and track progress </li><li>Develop scorecards for status reporting, run working group meetings, contribute to senior governance forums </li><li>Collaborate with other Project Managers and Stakeholders to promote information sharing on project book of work </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with different levels of seniority </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and time management, with experience managing change and executing on multiple projects / initiatives at once </li><li>Familiarity with project management best practices (project plans, RAID logs, scorecards, RACI) </li><li>Team player with ability to work autonomously, deliver in fast-paced environment, remain positive and professional </li><li>Understanding of finance processes, infrastructure, and systems and technical skills </li><li>Ability to assimilate in an organization and proactively form working relationships with key stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bank product knowledge and business acumen (examples include familiarity with different types of external reporting or exposure to Banking products like loans or Markets products like derivatives and repos) </li><li>Experience creating executive summaries and aggregating presentations with agendas and materials </li><li>PitchPro+ (Microsoft PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams is a plus </li></ul>
