Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Safety Compliance Coordinator to manage our company's driver safety and other compliance programs. This role is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance, processing claims, and handling a variety of administrative tasks related to drivers, insurance and permitting.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer and monitor the continuous Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) program; including the weekly addition and removal of employees, daily management of alerts, and providing timely notifications and follow-up with the field </li><li>Administer the safe driver program, ensuring all systems are up-to-date, vehicles/managers are updated, and timely responses from the field </li><li>Verify driver speed alerts, send them to managers as needed, and create reports on responses </li><li>Review and process rental car damage claims with the insurance company and the field; review and forward auto claim information to the insurance carrier, and ensure the field reports all incidents promptly </li><li>Perform the monthly financial claim allocation report to various business units </li><li>Review and process all departmental insurance, vendor, and environmental billing </li><li>Administer environmental permits for towers and rooftop sites; involving entering and processing new permits, tracking expiration dates, and ensuring timely payments </li><li>Assist in the annual insurance renewal process by gathering necessary information, coordinating responses, and sending out relevant notifications </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Highly organized, task-driven, and detail-oriented </li><li>Excellent written communication skills </li><li>Expert level of Excel/Google Sheets, including vlookups, macros, functions, analysis tools, tables, creating dashboards, etc </li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages (Microsoft VBA, Google AppsScript, JavaScript, Visual Basic, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.60/Hour</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
